The reason your gun is double firing is because of a change in environmental light. You will need to recalibrate the camera with the environment in which you will be using the Laser Shot System.
Call our customer service department immediately with a detailed description of the damage. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to apply to the outside of the box, and the product will be shipped back to our corporate office to be examined. The product will be call tagged if within 30 days of the shipping date.
